Cove was great - My son and myself stayed at local house on cove and surfed everymorning for a week in early june, althought the waves were not huge it was perfect for us beginners and the locals were very nice and helpful. Everyone made us feel very welcome. So anyone at the cove from june 5 to june 12, Thank you very much from the two arkansas boys. C ya next year, or sooner.

Kihei - Rarely good but does get epic every couple years. Saw Lopez ripping it at about 6 ft. Hawaiian style a few years back.Ther are a couple other decent reefs in Kihei that get good with the right swell direction. Just gotta be in the right place at the right time!
