English (Traduisez ce texte en Français): There's lot's of place where to park your car. Beware of big currents and stormy swells. In a good day, with offshore wind it's is possible to get barrel waves but usualy only in the morning. The paddle sometimes is hard and there is some pollution.
Atmosphère
English (Traduisez ce texte en Français): Urban atmosphere, there is a big dock on the left side of the beach. If you surf near that, it can be scary. There are some rocks on the left side of the beach but only on the shore.

English (Traduisez ce texte en Français): Good spot when it's on! Specially on the best season. In the summer it is very often to get side-shore which blews it all...well just take the car and go search...

surf rental - LOOKING FOR SURF RENTAL!!I am going to Porto next week for a business trip, will probably have one free day so wanna check out the surf in Leca. Since I dont wanna bring my board on that trip I am wondering if there is any rental possibility in Leca or Porto or anywhere nearby?? How have the waves been recently? Thanx. Eva

caution - hii´m from leça bum i´ve been living in angola for 3 years now. i just wanted to say eb carefull because the currents on the dock side of leça pull you towards the pier, i saw a guy die there. don´t get to close.great site by the way.cheers
