Check the surf before you drag all your gear to the cliff as its not to often this place works, but when its on bring your sleeping bag and sleep on the beach as iv rebuilt a little shack there,
last time i surfed this place was in Feb and it was going off! breaks in two places, a point break from the right hand side and about the 200 metres along the beach theres some rocks and a fickle break here, but on a big day these two spots join up for a really nice ride. When i was a lid rider got sum nice barrels by the rocks, but the points more surfable.
This spot is listed in heaps of surf guides and places but hardley ever breaks so thats why i choose to share it, although its not much secret if you know canty coastline well.
