 Accès

About 20min. from Barranquilla City there is a town called Puerto Colombia. Ask for El muelle and anybody will know. The Pier is 1.5 Km long, walk towars the end and depending on the size of the swell you will find a long wave of a few peaks. Usually brakes on the left side next to a little and abandoned weight station "la casita".

 Informations supplémentaires

Very nice wave when everything else is out of control. The pier works like a filter for strong winds and currents. Usually the swell comes from a N to Ne direction what makes the wave to break on the left side of the pier. Do not try to surf on the right side unless there is a NW or W swell.
The stronger the winds the better it gets!

Atmosphère

Doesn't get really crowded and the worst crowd will be like 15 surfers in the line up. Watch out for the fishermen cause there are lines all over the line up. BE careful. The local vibe is really mellow and they'll be stocked to see a traveler surfer specially if you rip.
