It is a great lefthander ramp. When pumping perfect, you get a long wave, something that makes you remenber of Pavones, Costa Rica (the shape of the wave, not the lenght). You can make a lot of manouvering. Locals are fine, but don't think all the waves are yours. Be kind, so theyll like you. Good atmosphere, a lot of nature around. Take day there with your girl. Good restaurants around. And at Bombinhas main town you have a lot of things to do and a great night life in summertime.

Mariscal - Try to surf early in the morning, you allways could get at least one good wave.The waves are good, between 0.5 m to 2 meters, the water is very clean, you can see fishs and with luck, even delfins... The better condition (I guess...) is swell from east and wind from northwest.Take care with the "tainha" fishing in the winter time (May/June/July), the fishermen are very agressive with the surfers, and the surf and others water sports are forbbiden in almost all beaches of the Santa Catarina State at this time. So, try to eat a tainha that's is a good fish !!!To check the waves/wheather forecast www.waves.com.br and by phone the Disk Surf from Florianopolis +554832216767 (local 021 48 32216767).
