local knowlede - first of all this is not the most consistant place after floripa. There are places in the region of santa catarina just as constant as there. plus you might even find bigger waves at these other places. But hey why should i tell it aint that hard to find out so lets keep it like that untill you find out, see ya.

spot near,better access - a good alternative in paraná,if you are travelling with few time, is matinhos,it´s a small city near to the island on the mainland and so much faster to get there,same conditions of waves,same huge number of surfers in the water,when you get there just ask someone,everyone knows.out of the water the brazilians are quite friendly.

Honey - Good waves.
Praia de Fora - very constant, big and consistent waves.
Praia Grande - Left Side, good constant. Right Side, Tubes, Strong.
Paralelas - Like California rights around Santa Barbara, but only a lucky guy surf there, because its not so constant.
Crowd??? Like othres place.RESPECT PLEASE.
cUISINE - go to "MAR E SOL", BEST EVER....
