I own a beach house in Litchfield and I can say that early mornings and late days are usually pretty good on windy days. The spot is very enjoyable during the summer. The atmosphere is very laid back, and easy going, not many people at Litchfield, there are tons at Garden City which can get a little crowded during the summer
