Inconsistent at best! - It’s a typical east coast beach break, on the rare occasion the swell finally arrives its fleeting fast and almost impossible to paddle out. I have had much better luck, a few clicks north, surfing the jetties in Ocean City Maryland. I would not consider this a surf destination.
