come on.... - this place is not 'fucking dangerous'. padang padang, pipeline, teahupoo, g-land... they're fuckin dangerous. please stop masturbating your egos by asserting that you surfed in dangerous places when in reality you're talking about a picturesque beach with a few rocks. for what its worth i think the only seriously dangerous waves in north cornwall are millook, wansons, the box and trebarwith, and even then only on those mutant days. the rest of the waves around here are pussywillow, and anyone who wants to argue with that is either underballed or overmouthed, or both.

ARSE - Me and my mate surfed here! Was a almighty trek down over loose rocks and gorse bushes, which was painful in flip flops! The wave we surfed was a fat left which was pretty gash! No crowds though!

You are thinking about the other one. - Rusey is not the box which is about 1/2 mile away. Although it has 2 stick out reefs, one being a high tide right and one being a very hollow low tide right with a fatter left off the back it hardly ever works, is fuckin' dangerous and almost impossible to get to. When I first found the place it looked about head high and when I got down there, it was about twice that. Shark island style right handers breaking in a few inches of water, a nasty rip. When it is smaller it merely sloshes against the rocks. When big it is impossible to surf. I just sat there got cold and scared. The righthand point in the cove which you can't readily see is shite as well, fat short dodgy and crap, It is a huge mission to get to but something we all hoped could be better.
