Just go check it out! - I was there 1st october 07(just got a house near there too) and it was 6ft super clean and really fun! The water was abit cold in a 3/2mm and there was a bit of a crowd (about 25 people) but hey the way i see it, if you respect the people in the water and be patient and wait then your going to get some waves like i did. Ignore the fucking idiots in the water and go get some!

Good spot - too crowded - I like the spot because it's easy to paddle out and the waves are the highest in the near region. Otherwise on some days there can be a huge crowd of people and than it is horrible there. Specially the German wannabe's are dangerous and arrogant ...

nvb - This is wave has like 20 comments when it´s so boring, the wave is mellow, worse then ribeira dílhas, for Bodyboard you will fall a sleep once you ride...this spot is completly crap !! For surf...nice...but really poor still !

old days - I surfed here in 1974 and there was only two of us there and it was a nice mellow wave that got us ready for our trip to Morroc the pictures look exactly how it was then. Being a Aussie who still surfs at the Nulla I would love to go back now that I am now mellow and slow.

Wait for your time on the peak - This place is one take off spot , and everybody is compacted in one place . If your mellow and wait , you will get some waves , if you want every wave you will be kicked out of the water quick.
the locals rip , the kooks that come from lisbon rip shit .

few people??? - how can you saw that this beach is the most crownded beach in portugal i'm saying this because i surf there every day that is possible because of the crowd. give me a break men few people....lol.
