Atmosphère

It's Albufeira, lots of turists in the summer, not so many turists in the winter. Nice place to spend your vacations -> no waves in the summer.

it doesn't have waves that often and when it has the waves are not very good, but i loved to surf there with my friends! -- I agree.

From late summer on, however, when you paddle a few 100 meters lefthandside (looking at the ocean from the beach) you can get really good, approx. 3f waves 3 days a week. The only downer is that this spot has really sharp rocks 2 meters under the surface. So if you go there, you should be confident about your surfing skills.
