5-7 metre waves in Holland - Okay--would love to see some fotos of this size(being surfed)in Holland.

ijmuiden sucks? not always! - I always go there with 2m+ NW-swells and when other spots are blow out or too messy with n-nw-wind or big W-WNW swells when the wind is n-nw(off-sideshore there)The big jetty gives shelter agains the nw-n currents/waves and wind.Waves can be quite clean (for holland)with long open walls but are always slow and not so steep unles the waves are big.It often looks messy from the beach but always has cleaner bigger waves in the back, just sit and wait.It is also one of the few spots in holland that is surfable with Z-swells.A really good spot for longboarding and long rides under the right conditions and has surfed the cleanest big waves there in holland till today and its never crowded.

no surfing here - there is no f'ing surf here...just windsurfing!surfing & holland is a bad combo anyway...but the surf here is even worse than the rest of the dutch north sea shores...
