This spot is on the French Side of Saint Martin, all the way to the north. You have to take a car from Green Cay up to the north on the outer road until you come to a garbage dump site. You will travel through some construction on your way there and the dump site is where you park. There will be a trail leading from the north side of the beach out along a point and then west to the surf spot. Take the trail for about 15 to 20 minutes until you see the waves breaking to your right. There should be a surf shack on the beach made of sticks, 2x4s, and other odds and ends.
