The island of San Salvador has one road that incircles it. On the south end of the island is a large bay (French Bay). There is a small dirt road off the paved circle road that goes along the bay until you reach the eastern most point of the bay (the first spot you can really see the ocean) there is a log in the road with a small path that leads down to the rocks and small cliffs. From there you can watch'em roll in or climb down and paddle out.

Why do? - Why the gratuitous exposure of an area better left to those who seek for themselves? Is there a business angle here?
