The spot stretches from the lighthouse and Shag Beach on the Left for a few hundred meters to the right. Waves come in peaks and sets and their distance from the beach differs a lot, you have to be quick or lucky to be at the right point when it happens. But when it happens the waves are sizey and nicely shaped, quick and hollow. The water is very clear blue and cold, we saw a penguin out there!!!

Atmosphère

As already said it´s a good spot for having a surf on your way north or south.Though the street is close, it is scenic. If you have a 3´2´ wetty you won´t stay longer than an hour out there, you better have a 4´3´.
