It's on the manukau, now to warn you, kelly tarltons catch their sharks here.

It breaks with a strong wind, and when its stormy<DONT SURF IN STORM ON MANUKAU, reason: currents, chop etc you will be swept away.

Make sure you surf with a group, 2 people wont handle it if you are here!

I think this spot is good, i walk around to the reef and then jump in with my board, paddle out where the waves are forming.
Normally on a good day, will hold 2 foot soft but fun waves, you will have a ball.

I love it, beautiful scenery, great excersize walking up the track, just take a thick blanky to sit on as its sand, with some sharp oyster shells there.
