Access is by walking down the steep private driveway (myolda road) to the clubhouse which has been recently referbished. or at the top of barrenjoey road before yo go to newport there is an access lane way to the middle of the beach. Well worth it!! especially if nothing else is working!! English (Traduisez ce texte en Français): This Break is generally pretty good, can eb a bit messy at times. But when everything else on the coast is shit, check out bungan for a great suprise! North end has great left and rights infront of the club house. mis is good too, and south has epic right hand barrels which are almost hard to not get into, watch out for steep take offs at southern end. Greta lil beach with brazillian tourists that blow your mind!! surfing and thier ladies on the beach!!

De bungan clubbies suck , 31-03-2008
The clubbies here are a joke! - Don't come down to bungan on a family trip to the beach as you'll be in deaths hands. the clubbies are a waste of time and are nothing more than rich kook wanna be's from the north shore. they waste resources and time. they probably couldn't save themselves if their own life was at risk. do your self a favour and go to eiter newport or mona serious. bungan clubbies are a joke. this isn't a dig at any other clubbie just bungan ones they belong in st ives where they come from.

mess - yes its an overcrowded mess full of kooks and brazo's who hav no respect. respect the locals cause they are here and in force
