English (Traduisez ce texte en Français): Basically the access is the same as if your heading to Mawi. Head out of Kuta along the beautiful highway, and hook a left at the road block. Some local dudes with a bit of rope basicallly, give them a couple of thou and your away. You have to pay again at the 'carpark' on the beach but these guys are fairly cool and it saves your stuff from being jacked.
In front you will see Mawi going off its nut so paddle out and have some fun. But if your bored go and explore, if your looking out to sea look off to the left. You'll see a long sandy beach with a freight train of a point break hummin through! Just paddle out to the near end of the beach, walk up the beach to the rocks and hop in. You'll be the only one there, Enjoi! English (Traduisez ce texte en Français): Its worth giving up a bit of cash for using the roads and leaving your bike. It seems a bit gay to give some of the locals your cash especially when they're dicks but in the end no matter how sint you are they've probably goot less and a few kids to feed.
Be carefully, the most dangerous thing about this spot is giving the kids on the roads high fives with one hand and riding your bike with the other!
Atmosphère
English (Traduisez ce texte en Français): Awesome, first surfed by just two of us, there was only about 5 people in Mawi but we saw this and thought its gotta be surfed. Enjoy it down there the locals are cool so spend some time and give a little back.
Hire a bike, you can be a part of the scenery not just travelling through it. Although kids may pop your tyres and charge you a few quid to then fix 'em its all worth the experience

Reply to Tommo's comment - Hey mate, actually Selong Blanak is just to the west (on the right if you are looking out to sea) of Mawi. Geko Alley is to the East...

Selong Belanak - The name of the beach which this point break is, is called Selong Belanak and actually has decent beachies when kuta is over 4ft ask the locals 'Di mana pantai Selong Belanak' and they will give you the directions to the beach which is beautiful and is the clearest water ever and some very fun waves with little barrels

Just Back - Had some great day at Mawi but tried this place out a few times and was well worth the extra paddle, think it works best around 4-6ft, bit section-ey tho! Worth a try just to say you've surfed another indo spot
