Surf lessons - Hi,
My daughter would like to take surf lessons on our vacation trip to Diamond Beach NJ. Does anyone have a school to suggest ? Merci !

- this spot does not have heavy locals, so don't believe that comment. unless you consider the several overly tanned middle schoolers that work for the resort locals. you'll never see em past labor day anyway, since they have to return home to PA. the biggest issue here is having some old guy cast a line near you, or one of the rangers complaining that you drifted past the post. spot is great.

Diamond Beachh - This place is great for beginners, i learned to surf here. Just gotta watch out for the surf lessons that go on there, and the swimmers that occasionally 'drift' into the surf zone.

Diamond Beach - It's a pretty decent spot when it's good...there's a lot of beginners there and the surf camps too. I learned to surf there, and fell in love with it.

locals - dont surf here. come and watch, but dont paddle out. i will throw you out of the water.
